You must have seen numerous professionals, securing positions at leading designations, whereby it would be impossible for you or anyone else to comprehend- who on the face of earth promoted this guy to the post, where he is sitting right now. It’s quite evident that it is all the direct outcome of brilliant positioning. If you take a look at Fortune 500 firms, you will see that all the top people are specifically positioned and well grounded in their roles- contributing to their overall corporate wellbeing. Now positioning yourself- just like any other commodity in the market is quite tricky. Qualifications do matter just to get in- but it is the way you perform with proper positioning that will win you laurels and justify your role as a match winner.
